What you say, but wow! The gaffer fishing is going off along with the tuna action! Fun for everyone, not to mention filling the freezer with the meat! We have a few days open for this excellent catching.

They had the bite on! From when we set out until we picked up the lines, the bite was on! Most of the time we had multible bites, which added to the excitement! We also caught a few gaffers to fill in the cracks in the full box! We had over 40 tuna bites! Some get off, but thats fishing. We have some days open to fill the freezer, so give us a call and get in on this great action!

The guys showed up at the boat today and decided that we would Dolphin fish first and then try for tuna. We had a pretty bouncy ride to the gulfstream, but when we got there the Dolphin were ready to ride in the box! The change was running up the beach, so we soaked along catching gaffers and when we got within a couple miles of the tuna fleet we set out the 50's and before we set out 3 lines came out and nothing came tight, what a bummer! Anyhow we made a crcle and hooked 6 and caught 6 nice haul! To make a long story short, we caught some more dolphin and another tuna and missed a few more. Greatday on the SEA BREEZE!

The last two days there has been great fishing off Oregon Inlet! Friday we caught a great catch of big dolphin and later in the day caught some tuna to go with them. The guys that stay with tuna fishing all day did great on them. Saturday I took my boat owner fishing with some of his freinds and we targeted gaffer dolphin, they were not disapointed! The dolphin were plentiful and the weather was just like we wanted. slick calm! You can go to our facebook page and see pic's of the day. Not fishing today, but will be back in action on Monday. Yesterday we moved our thur. charter to Wed. in hopes of finding better weather. Well, from the bad inlet until we got to the gulfstream the swell was pretty big and sharp! Anyhow, we set out on the color change and here come the gaffers! It was steady dolphin and steady rain and steady wind the rest of the day. The fishin was good, but the weather man lies! Thank goodness for a big boat and great mate and crew that made a rough day a productive one.

Two great days of fishing with our CTC guys. The first day we got on the gaffers and had loads of fun crancking in as many as five at a time, controlled chaos! After that we heard that there were some tuna being seen up north of us, so we trolled that way. The fish were jumping all over the ocean, but they didnt bite very well for us, we managed one nice fish out of a few bites. Today I had blood in my eye and wanted to get revenge on the tuna! The wind was blowing pretty hard this morning, but we got out to the edge and got our revenge! We caught 9 nice yellowfin and 15 or so pretty gaffers! Two great days for Matt and a super bunch of guys from CTC Look forward to next week!

Today we went in search of gaffer dolphin and we scored big! Fun,Fun fishing! They would eat every bait in site and some would eat more than one! Agood time had by all! We also caught a Sailfish while we were fishing the grass  line. Pretty weather and all the Dolphin you want, We have a couple days open next week for some great action

What a nice day on the ocean! We set sail on our first trip since getting out of the boatyard and the day before the guys killed the tuna. Well things changed over night and the tuna took the day off, but the big dolphin took up the slack. We also had three Wahoo bites, captured one and the other two bit thru the leader. The dolphin fishing is looking good and the tuna will be back in a day or so. Thanks TO MR. Harriss and his crew, you guys did a great job!

The guys are catching plenty of yellowfin tuna! We are in the boatyard until the middle of next week doing our yearly sprucing up for our 2012 season. We had a great Jan, Feb. and March and we are looking forward to a great summer. We will be ready to put them on the ice as soon as we get back in the water! The big dolphin should show any time to round out our catches of tuna. We have had a blue marlin encounter already, but he chaffed the leader off in a few seconds, oh well we will get another chance.

A limit of them! They were chewing today! All the poles were bending and the girls were having big fun. The elizabeth city girls were in the meat! Tuna on the grill tonight!
