We finished a 10 day run of trips with Mogi-san and his great bunch of guys! They caught many fish, lost many fish, laughed alot and made george and I happy to experiance such good anglers and greatful men. We look forward to having them back next year! Sami, from SALTYWATERTACKLE was an awsome host. He catered to there needs and showed them some world class bluefin tuna action and on the last day we caught yellowfin for Sami to take home for his family. As for a fishing report, the tuna showed back up today like they did on Sunday! Doing maint. work tomorrow, but will be back in action Thrusday.

Yesterday with SALTYWATER TACKLE and our Japanese freinds we had some success on the poppers, but today it was off the scale! All day action! We caught 150 pounders up to 300 pounders. The ocean was alive with dolphin and the tuna were in the schools swimming along with them. I don't know how many bites we had! We have them tomorrow, can't wait to get back out there! We are getting rigged up with jigging and popping rods and reels, SALTYWATER TACKLE will be our sponsor. They have everything to make your day a productive one. Sami and Paul are great guys to work with and also world class fisherman. They have all your jigging or popping needs.

It was non-stop all day long! We had over 20 bites on mostley topwater plugs and caught some on jigs too! Also the yellowfin fishing is off the hook! Saltywater tackle had the Smoker also today and he had a great catch including a bigeye on the jig! We have tuesday and wedsday open right now, get in on this great catching!

What a great day! As soon as we stopped, we hadum bending! We had so much action that I can't even remember what we caught when! Sami landed an 84 incher on the jig and one on the plug when they came up busting! The guys fishing for yellowfin caught limits! The ocean is alive! We had our Japanese freinds today and each of them caught bluefin also and we caught a yellowfin for george and my dinners. Out again tomorrow.

First of all what a pretty day on the ocean! It gets better with plenty of yellowfin if you want them and plenty of big Bluefin if you want them! We caught a few yellowfin in the morning and the guys wanted the bluefin, so we trolled for them and it was non-stop action for the rest of the day! We put a 71 incher on the deck and released many more! Fun had by alll!

Yesterday we had a pretty weather day, but the fish were takeing a holiday and as far as I know only 2 were caught in about 30 boats. The good thing was that we caught one of them on the jig. Did not make today because of weather. 25 NE a little much for the jig and pop. Back in action the weekend unless someone wants to go before then.

We made it out today with a little effort, the seas were a little testy, but the out come was good! full story tomorrow1

That's right! We were the only boat out Wed. and we headed out for some tuna action and that what we had! Lots of 300 to 400 pounders swiming down sea, busting, and what a sight it was! Even the killer whales showed again! Cool cool! Anyhow the bite was on! The Hatteras guys steamed up and they began to catch also. Long ride for them, but they went home happy also. We had to release all our fish until the last fish of the day, a 66incher that made it's way back to the marina with 4 happy guys! Thanks tim Starlings Heating and Air, you guys did a great job!

The big fella's are still hanging around with us and not moving down the beach. This is a good thing for us, but they do have big tails that take them were they want. Friday the fish were showing great, lots of good marks. A few yellowfin were caught also. We will be fishing a few days this week and hopefully have a good report.

We struck out on Friday with our group of jiggers and poppers from NJ & SC The weather was a little coppy, but we had high expectations. When I pulled her back there were slicks and fish everywhere! Oh Boy! I stopped on a mark and everyone had a bite! Only one hook up. Fought the fish for awhile, hook pulls, bummer! Don't know how many bites during the day on jigs and poppers, many fish swiming down sea. Courtland ended up catching a 62 in fish for a little sushi! Lots of bites and the wind calmed down for the ride home. Have open days this week for jigging or trolling, the big boys are here!
