DOLPHIN & MORE DOLPHIN!

Saturday is not my favorite day to fish, because of the pressure being put on the fish by so many boats. Today was no exception, with the weather calm and some fish around, the small boats and more charters had the tuna going for cover! We had a limit of really nice dolphin for the dock, kind of strange for October, but we will take it! We are getting a little weather for Monday, with things cooling down. This should turn the tuna on! We have days open for some good catching this week and next, give us a call!

BIG TUNA! DOLPHIN!

As I said, the tuna fishing is only going to get better! Today was evidence of that. We set out again on the stake this morning and the poles were bending again! Nice fat Yellowfin tuna for our PA group! We had good success on them until the morning bite was over and then we went to work on the Dolphin and put a nice catch of them on the ice! We have days open next week and the weather is cooling, but the fishing is RED hot!

OCTOBER GAFFERS!

Today we had a makeup party fish with us. We don't get many of these but we welcome them to fill in the days. At 5:15 we set out to catch some tuna and maybe a dolphin or two, the seas were calm and we set out on the point around 7 am. The poles bent over shortly thereafter and we had meat in the box! Tuna! After we caught a few of those we got on the gulfstream change and put out smaller tackle for dolphin. The gaffer fishing was pretty good and we laid to rest some really nice fish! While doing this we caught a sailfish and released it also. Alot of good eating for our group, hope we can do the same tomorrow.

SATURDAY TUNA REPORT

Today we turned right for the first time since the first of August. That means we went tuna fishing and put up the marlin rigs for the day. We set out on the point this morning and found alot of albacore, bonito and alot of trash fish. This was not good! I moved to a little deeper water and found a couple gaffer dolphin and then a 50lb yellowfin tuna! The Bonita wraped us up a few times and then we hit six tuna and our luck didn't let us get but two of them, bummer, but we reloaded and caught a total of 5 more yellowfin and and some blackfin. all in all a good day on the tuna. There was a good sign of fish and the dolphin are still around too, some guys found them later in the day and did well on them. We have some days open for tuna fishing in October, its only going to get better!

GRAND SLAM!

Great day on the SEA BREEZE! We have been doing great on the white marlin all week, we had 5 on Wed. and 6 on Thursday, but today we started off with a few dolphin for the box and then set out our baits for marlin. A fish bit my bridge pole and I hooked it, it turned out to be a sail, we released it and set out again. We had trolled for about an hour and here comes a huge Blue Marlin on our short rigger and George fed the bait to him, hooked up! Then as the marlin is peeling line here comes a white marlin on the teaser! All heck is breaking lose! George picked the white one off the teaser and he pulled off, then here comes the blue marlin jumping at the boat and nearly jumps in the cockpit! WOW! We get our lines in and chase down the fish and he jump behind the boat and George grabs the leader! At least 600lbs. on a tld 20 reel with 30lb High fives for everyone! Micheal did a great job! We then set out and here comes a white and George hooks it off the teaser, we released it to complete our Gran Slam! One more white was caught to end our day. PRETTY WEATHER AND PRETTY FISHIN! The tuna also bit today also, we will be doing that on Saturday.

YANKIN ON THE TEASER!

Boy have they been comin to the teasers! The last few days we have enjoyed some of the best action on the bills that we have had this year! Yesterday the fish were most all teaser or flatline fish! George was picking them off one and two at the time and sometimes you would stop to catch a fish and others were trying to eat the teasers hanging in the rigger! We also had a blue marlin pile on the dredge and pluck off some snacks and go away without getting a hook! The guys that went meat fishing enjoyed dolphin and a few blackfin tuna also.

WORLD CLASS FISHING!

This past week has been the best fishing all summer on the billfish and really nice yellowfin and blackfin tuna. We had fished a tournament from Thursday thru Saturday and the marlin fishing could not have been better for our Ocean City Light Tackle Club guys and girls! I lost count on how many fish we saw the 3 days we fished. At the same time the guys tuna fishing were enjoying great blackfin and yellowfin action! On Sunday My Owner George had the boat and George Cecil, Ronnie and some friends went fun fishing and came up with a GRAND SLAM! They also had a few extra white marlin to add to the count. Like I said, the fishing is world class for whatever you like, give us a call for some of the action!

WOW!

I don't know how the marlin fishing could get much better! We have the Ocean City Light tackle club fishing this week and they picked a good week for their tournament. They hook their own fish and they do a good job with some coaching from George. We saw atleast 25 fish to the baits today, most to teasers! Great fun! I feel like it will continue for awhile. The guys that went tuna fishing had a great day on the blackfin. We did catch two 60lb yellowfin yesterday while fishing the tournament. Post again Sat. time for sleep!
